“King of All” Mark 8:1-26

“King of All” Mark 8:1-26

An Expositional Sermon
You can have unshakeable joy in this King. He has come to give sight. He came to bear your sin and God’s wrath for you if you would only turn from your sin and trust in Him. He makes hearts pure so that they might see God (Matt. 5:8). Will you turn from your sin and trust in Christ? Jesus is more than the King of the Jews, He is the King of all. He is God’s forever King. He is the Messiah. That’s what Christ means – Messiah. Let His rule color what you love, and let His beauty color your life. Each day this week, meditate upon His grace to you. Think on the eternal wrath He bore for you. As you celebrate Thanksgiving, let your friends and family know that you are grateful for Christ. Share with them this source of your joy. Open your eyes. Psalm 119:18-19: “Open my eyes, that I may behold wondrous things out of your law. I am a sojourner on the earth; hide not your commandments from me!”
