“The First Family” Genesis 4:1-26

Theme: God’s promise holds firm even as sin spreads. Aim: Beware of religion that is filled with activity, but has no love for Christ that comes from a pure heart, a good conscience, and sincere faith (1 Tim. 1:5). Theme: We are only able to love God and our neighbors through faith alone in Jesus Christ alone. Aim: Are there ways that you can give yourself more fully to God in worshipping Him with your whole life? “Pay Your Taxes & Marriage Isn’t Forever” Mark 12:13-27

Theme: Jesus said to give up your life to God, and that Yahweh is the God of the living. Aim: Worship God with your whole life, and submit to our earthly government. Pray for faith to believe in the resurrection and to find hope, not in earthly marriage, but being united to Jesus Christ as our Bridegroom. (1) Pay Your Taxes (Mark 12:13-17) (2) Marriage Isn’t Forever (Mark 12:18–27).
